about

The full album (digital download and CD digipak) includes an extended version.

Written in Scarborough around 1999 this song eluded arrangement until producer Mark Beeston came up with this structure inspired by some of Beck's work. Daryl agreed Beck was a great inspiration but was looking for another song to weave in his love of Indian music, flavour some of the Beatlesque inferences and pay tribute to the rhythm sections that accompanied Hendrix and to bands such as The Cream.
